Please make sure your email will accept emails from info@fullspeedornothing.com and not consider it spam! Both order-confirmation and shipping-confirmation is automatically sent to your email from our webshop and can often be considered spam

Vi anbefaler alle å legge inn telefon-nummeret sitt i bestillingen! Da vil du automatisk få SMS fra Posten/ Bring om pakken din og det gjør det selvsagt mye enklere for deg å følge med på når pakken din kommer fram.

Porto blir lagt til din bestilling når du sjekker ut/ går til betaling. Alle bestillinger sendes fra vårt lager i Oslo. Henting av bestillingen din i valgte pick-up lokasjoner er selvsagt portofritt. Vi tar kontakt på mail dersom varene ikke er klare til henting i løpet av 4 timer i butikkens åpningstider. 

Bestillinger sendes som regel i løpet av 48 timer - men i hektiske perioder kan det ta litt lenger tid. Du vil alltid få en leveringsbekreftelse på e-post og etter at den er mottatt tar det som regel 1-3 dager før du har varene dine.

Vi tilbyr kun sporing på pakker (kr 129,-) for vinylplater, og ikke brevpost med frimerker på grunn av størrelsen. Det anbefales derfor å gå sammen med venner om kjøp av flere produkter i samme bestilling da forsendelsen koster det samme opptil 10 kg (Til informasjon: en standard pakke med 1 stk vinylplate veier ca. en halv kilo)

Sporingsnummer får du på e-post sammen med leveringsbekreftelsen. 

ORDERS OUTSIDE NORWAY:

We ship anywhere in the world - but we will only accept registered shipping as an alternative for security- and trust reasons. 

Postage is added to your order at check-out before you pay for your order. There is no reason to email us about postage rates for your country. You can see every cost at check-out before you decide to go ahead with the order and pay. Postage is automatically calculated by what you order (size and weight) and where in the world you are located. Unfortunately, our provider, Shopify does not currently offer our international customers to pay in their local currency at check-out other than the Norwegian currency (NOK). You may check your approximate local currency conversion before your check-out.

Sending bigger packages outside Norway, especially heavy packages containing vinyl, has become very expensive the last few years. The Norwegian post-service make sure that it is impossible to send vinyl-packages outside Norway without having to charge insane postage-rates. A tip would be to order together with friends and split the postage. Unfortunately we can not do anything about the extreme postage-rates in Norway, but at least all packages are shipped with re-inforced cartoon with extra corner-protection to make sure everything arrive at your place safe and without damage.
