Refund policy
Refunds are only acceptable if we have clearly made a mistake with your order.
If you order from outside Norway - please make sure you are aware of the possibility that your order can be taxed upon arrival in your country. We always make sure orders outside Norway are shipped with a lower value and VAT-free, but we can not control how your country handles foreign packages and import-taxes/ VAT. This is not a reason for a refund. All orders are sent as sale of goods and not as a gift. All customs paperwork is completed in accordance with Norwegian regulations.
If your order is damaged - please take pictures and document the damage as best possible. We work hard to ensure safe shipping of all orders worldwide and take especially great care of vinyl-orders, but there are no guarantees to how the various shipping companies handles the shipments. Damaged goods should be complained about to your local post office, but we will of course try work with you to sort out any problems that may occur and find a good solution for us all. Wether it is a refund, shipping your order again or trying to get a compensation from the post service that damaged the goods.
